Service Description
Take a restorative pause with me as I guide you through a virtual soundbath designed to help you release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. Through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply meditative state from the comfort of your own space. Sound healing works energetically, and its benefits translate beautifully through virtual sessions. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and the willingness to receive. Once your booking has been confirmed, be on the look out for an email with instructions on how to effectively prepare for your session. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
