As the days get darker and quieter, many people start to feel the weight they’ve been holding in their body. The Winter Solstice marks a turning point. It is a natural doorway into a new chapter. It is the point where the light begins to return, and your body often feels that shift long before you name it.
This reset is your chance to let go of the tension you don’t want to carry into the season ahead. Together, we will move through breathwork, gentle somatic release, intention setting, and sound healing. Each practice helps your body soften and your mind settle. This event is virtual, giving you the freedom and safety to reset in your own space.
