Service Description
Meditative breathwork uncovers deep transformative healing that happens when we tap into the wisdom of our bodies - reconnecting our heart and mind. This session will be personalized to you and your healing journey based on our discovery call. Once your booking has been confirmed, be on the look out for 2 separate emails from me. One will have a confirmation with pre-breathwork instructions on how to effectively prepare for your session and the other will have important documents to be filled out asap. (Only applies to your first session.) If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I look forward to guiding and supporting you :)
Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT: Cancellation/No-Show Policy I appreciate clear communication! If you are running late or need to cancel, please just let me know! Otherwise if I don't hear from you...15min grace period...no-show after 15min = no refund. Thank you for respecting my time and energy as a small business. Your time is valuable and mine is too!
