Integrative breath is optimal if you're looking for a quick breather to help bring you calm, peace and clarity. This session is intended to help bring you back to your truth and ease any mind chatter that might be hindering your presence. My intention is to give you the active breathwork tools to utilize on your own when you feel the need to regulate your system.
